When a job is sent to Autobook, Kantan sends customers emails and texts every week over 4 weeks asking them to book an appointment for their annual boiler service.

The vast majority of customers book an appointment during this period. After the 4 weeks have passed, the remaining services that have not been booked move into the Couldn't be Autobooked section in Office. You can try to call the customer and book the service in after it arrives in this section.
