I’ve arrived at a job but there’s nobody here, what now?

You can call the customer, using the Call button on the job sheet.

If you need to reschedule the job, you can tap the Reschedule button on the job card and book the resident into a new time.

If you are unable to contact the resident to reschedule, the job will stay in your "Uncompleted Jobs" section until it is re-booked.
